Campden BRI is a world-leading food and drink research organisation based in Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds, providing scientific research, testing, training, and technical support to food and beverage companies around the globe.

During our visit, members will gain an insight into cutting-edge developments in food science, including cultivated meat production and the latest brewing research, particularly the growing no- and low-alcohol sector. We will also enjoy a guided tour of the research facilities, meet experts working in the industry, and take part in a special session with Campden BRI’s Master Baker.

This promises to be an exciting opportunity to explore the science behind modern food innovation and technology.

Campden BRI is located just outside Chipping Campden (GL55 6LD) and is a self-drive visit. The tour will begin at 10:00am and finish by 1:00pm. After leaving the facility, there will be the option to have lunch in Chipping Campden and explore this beautiful historic town further.

We currently have 15 people for the Campden BRI trip, which takes place in the morning and is self-drive, with no additional cost but we need to know numbers.   They can take a maximum of 30, divided into two groups of 15.
